Jurmala, Latvia – ABLabs SIA, the innovative company behind the ArtuPower technology, proudly announces a major achievement in its pursuit of pioneering technology for cleaner energy solutions in transport and mobility. The United States Patent and Trademark Office has officially granted a patent for ABLabs SIA’s innovative “Gas Ultrasonic Transducer System and Method for Operating a Diesel Common-Rail Engine,” under Patent No.: US 11808236 B2, dated November 7, 2023.

This patented technology introduces a revolutionary system enabling diesel common-rail engines to utilize liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas (CNG and LNG), and their bio equivalents with unprecedented efficiency. This invention paves the way for a significant reduction in carbon emissions and fuel costs, marking a significant step forward in sustainable automotive engineering.

The patented system, designed by ABLabs SIA’s lead inventor Alberto Bonomi, focuses on optimizing the use of gas in diesel engines, either as a dual-fuel or a gas-only solution. This innovative approach integrates an ultrasonic transducer to generate a precise mixture of water vapor and gas, significantly enhancing combustion efficiency and reducing harmful emissions.
